2010 BOMA TOBY Nominees and Winners

Congratulations to Accenture Tower, Minneapolis, MN - the Building of the Year (TOBY) winner for the 500,000 - 1 Million square foot category. The Accenture Tower uses the MACH Asset•Manager™ to monitor and manage energy use and to measure and verify the impacts of operational changes and energy efficiency projects.

In addition to the TOBY winning Accenture Tower, several 2010 BOMA Building of the Year (TOBY) nominees use MACH Energy as part of their energy efficiency programs.

The TOBY nominees were recognized for excellence in office building management and operations in specific categories of building size or type. Judging is based on community impact, tenant/employee relations programs, energy management systems, accessibility for disabled people, emergency evacuation procedures, building personnel training programs and overall quality indicators. A team of expert industry professionals also conducted a comprehensive building inspection.
