MACH Energy Design Philosophy - Part 2

Today, we will continue the discussion of MACH’s design philosophy and delve deeper into how we incorporate customer feedbacks into our design concepts, and translate them into actionable features that make your job easier.

Generate Immediate Energy Improvements

Nothing is perfect, and we have continuously improved the software by incorporating customer feedbacks, which have generally been that our software is smart and intuitive.

This wasn’t by accident: We tried to design it with a page from the Apple playbook, with our users in mind, and it was important that they could immediately understand our interface. The moment they launch the platform dashboard, our customers can see potential problems and savings opportunities in their operations. Our Trends calendar page continues to resonate with customers as well. They can easily see the optimal days to replicate and the days where there may be savings opportunities.

Reduce Risk by Eliminating High-Cost Efficiency Issues

Initiatives

With the “Initiatives” feature on our platform, we identify and describe a problem to our users, pinpoint the days on which it occurred, and use our utility-grade tariff engine to calculate what it would be worth to their bottom line if the problem was addressed. Our customers love the simplicity of our solution. Apple’s late CEO Steve Jobs believed that a solution needed to come together and fit within a greater vision, and we strive to keep that philosophy in mind at MACH.

MACH’s EMS provides advanced energy and water analytics and are the brains of property management operations, taking in large amounts of energy consumption data and processing it into actionable initiatives that help make both engineers and property managers’ jobs easier by reducing costs and automating reporting. And, as our customers as well as National Real Estate Investor will attest, it is intuitive and easy to use and set up.
